Degreasing Furnace Functions

1. Clean the surface of the material:

Remove grease and dirt from the surface of the material to prepare for subsequent painting, heat treatment or other surface treatment processes.

2. Improve product quality:

Grease and organic impurities may affect the mechanical properties and appearance quality of the material. Degreasing can improve the reliability and durability of the product.

3. Prevent environmental pollution:

In some process, the combustion of grease and organic impurities will produce harmful gases. The degreasing furnace can effectively reduce the emission of these harmful substances.

Working Principle of  Furnace Functions

1. Heating:

Put the material to be processed into the degreasing furnace and heat the furnace by electric heating, gas heating or other heat sources.

2. Solvent evaporation:

At a certain temperature, grease and organic impurities will gradually evaporate into gas.

3. Degreasing:

By controlling the temperature and time in the furnace, ensure that grease and organic impurities are completely evaporated, thereby achieving the purpose of degreasing.

4. Exhaust:

The gas generated during the degreasing process needs to be discharged from the furnace through the exhaust system. Usually, these gases are treated by filters or other purification equipment to reduce environmental pollution.

5. Cooling:

After degreasing, the material needs to be cooled in or outside the furnace for subsequent processing or use.

The design and operation of the debinding furnace need to take into account factors such as material characteristics, debinding efficiency, energy consumption and environmental protection to ensure that the debinding process is both efficient and environmentally friendly.
