Working Principle of Debinding Furnace

1. Heating Process

The debinding furnace is equipped with heating elements such as electric heating wires or burners to heat the air or specific heat transfer medium in the furnace cavity.

2. Melting of Adhesive

Solid or granular adhesive is placed in the furnace cavity. As the temperature in the furnace cavity rises, the adhesive gradually melts into liquid.

3. Temperature Control

The debinding furnace is usually equipped with a temperature control system, which can accurately adjust the heating temperature and holding time to ensure that the adhesive melts at a suitable temperature and avoid overheating and performance degradation.

4. Discharge After Melting

The melted liquid adhesive is discharged through the outlet at the bottom of the furnace cavity and can be collected or directly transported to the production line for use.

5. Safety Measures

Since flammable substances may be involved in the debinding process, safety factors are taken into consideration when designing the debinding furnace, such as setting up an exhaust system to prevent the accumulation of flammable gases, and equipping it with temperature monitoring and emergency shutdown systems.
