It can also be used to measure the viscosity of molten glass or other substances in a molten state at different temperatures, and obtain the viscoelastic viscosity/temperature correlation curve of molten glass. The molten glass is kept in equilibrium at a preset temperature or dynamically measured at a certain cooling rate during the cooling process. The temperature of the glass sample is monitored by the sample thermocouple under the crucible, and the temperature value is transmitted to the computer software and displayed in real time. The rotor is slowly lowered and immersed in the molten glass sample. The viscometer rotates at a preset rotation speed, and the corresponding viscosity value reading is displayed on the computer. The time difference at different speeds, the corresponding viscosity value and temperature are saved in the computer data file.
The high-temperature physical property tester (viscosity/density/resistivity tester) is mainly used to test and study the high-temperature viscosity, surface tension, high-temperature density and conductivity parameters of non-metallic materials such as slag, and is controlled by a microcomputer. GM1800 high-temperature silicon molybdenum rod is used as the heating element, B-type thermocouple is used for temperature measurement, high-precision temperature control module is used to accurately control the heating rate, and the high-precision torque sensor acquisition system is used to collect and display in real time on the computer monitor. After the test, the experimental report can be printed out.
