RUL & creep tester mainly adopts differential-heating method/non-differential-heating method, which meets the test standards of YB/T370, GB/T5989, GB/T5073, GB/T7320, ISO1893, ISO3187. High temperature load softening creep tester is used to test and evaluate the load softening temperature, compressive creep and thermal expansion performance under load of various refractory products and amorphous materials.
HT709 High temp. creep &RUL tester is mainly used to determine high temperature creep(CIC) and refractoriness under load (RUL).
Furnace lining is made of high-quality bubble alumina. The tester possesses well-balanced temperature in hearth and excellent heat-insulation. And it is energy-saving.
Controlling system introduces PC-Based Control. HEATEST®-RUL/CIC application based on WINDOWS supplies convenient manipulation interface. The tester can perform temperature-rising, temperature-keeping, data-treating, and error-correcting automatically. The test results can be copied at your need after testing. Owing to its simple operation and excellent performance, the tester is perfect testing instrument in metallurgy, ceramic, building materials industry.
RUL.CIC-HT 706 meets standards of GB/T 5998, ISO1893, which can determine refractoriness under load and high-temp. creep under compression.
