The thermal conductivity tester (plate method) is mainly used to measure the thermal conductivity of refractory fibers, insulation boards, insulation bricks and other insulation materials with a temperature of 200-1300℃ and a thermal conductivity of 0.01-3.0 W/(m·K) and a variety of amorphous refractory materials. The flat plate thermal conductivity tester is mainly composed of a heating furnace, a microcomputer measurement and control system, a cooling circulating water system, a calorimeter system and a constant pressure water system.

The flat plate thermal conductivity meter meets the YB/T4130 test standard. According to the basic principle of the Fourier one-dimensional plate stable heat conduction process, it measures the heat carried away by the water in the calorimeter after the one-dimensional heat flow passes through the hot surface of the sample to the cold surface in a steady state. The heat Q is proportional to the thermal conductivity λ and inversely proportional to the temperature difference △T of the hot surface of the sample. This instrument obtains the thermal conductivity λ by measuring Q and △T.
