The fully automatic high temperature bending strength tester measures the bending strength (or bending strength or modulus of rupture) of inorganic non-metallic materials such as refractory materials, ceramics, and concrete under high temperature test conditions. It has been widely used as a method to simulate the performance of materials at working temperatures.
The standard defines bending strength as: the maximum pressure that a rectangular test material of a certain size can withstand when bent on a three-point bending device. Its unit is N/mm² or MPa.
High temperature bending strength testing machine This testing machine can be used to test and study the bending strength (or bending strength or modulus of rupture) of refractory materials, fine ceramics, casting materials, ceramics, composite materials, concrete and other materials under three-point force conditions in a high temperature environment. The computer is used for full automatic control. The self-developed human-computer interactive measurement and control software based on LabWindows CVI has high temperature control and loading accuracy. The temperature-time and pressure-time curves can be displayed dynamically and in real time. The original data can be converted into EXCEL storage format, and the test report can be retrieved and printed at any time. Constant stress, constant displacement and other rate control can be performed. The bending strength of materials under nitrogen, argon and air can be tested.
HMOR.HT401/402 high temperature bending strength testing machine is suitable for refractory material testing. It is made in strict accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO5013, ISO5014 and national standard GB/T3002 "Refractory High Temperature Bending Strength Test Method". One batch can complete six consecutive tests of samples with a size of 40*40*160mm or 25*25*150mm.
HMOR.HT403/405 fully automatic high temperature bending strength testing machine is suitable for ceramic material testing, meeting the test standards of HB5353.3 "Test Method for Performance of Investment Casting Ceramic Core Part 3: Determination of Bendingl Strength" and HB5352.1 "Test Method for Performance of Investment Casting Shell Part 1: Determination of Bending Strength"; one batch can complete ten consecutive tests of samples with a size of 60×10×4mm or 40×20×6mm.
HMOR.HT406 fully automatic high temperature bending strength testing machine combines actual application needs to realize uninterrupted and continuous testing of investment casting ceramic core/shell and refractory material samples, with a total of three cycle modes for optional testing.
