The high-temperature permeability tester has an intelligent temperature control module to accurately measure and control the temperature, PLC controls the movement and software collects and processes data, and a digital gas flowmeter monitors in real time and automatically records data. It has the advantages of fast collection response speed, strong anti-interference ability, and low failure rate.
The high-temperature permeability tester meets the test standards such as HB5352.4-2004 Investment Casting Shell Performance Test Method Part 4: Determination of Permeability, and JB/T4153 Shell High-temperature Permeability Test Method.
Test principle of high temperature air permeability tester: heat the sample to the test temperature, keep it warm to the specified temperature distribution, and ventilate the sample at a constant pressure during the process, record the gas flow data through the sample in real time, and draw the "flow-time-temperature" curve.
