1. Temperature control system failure
The temperature control system is the core component of the high temperature flexural tester, and its normal operation directly affects the reliability of the test. Common faults include large temperature fluctuations, slow heating rate, and temperature overheating.
Treatment method: Check whether the heating element is aging or damaged, check whether the temperature sensor has too large accuracy deviation, and check whether there are problems with the control system software and hardware. If necessary, replace the relevant components and recalibrate the system. At the same time, pay attention to maintaining the cleanliness of the furnace to avoid impurities affecting the heat transfer performance.
2. Loading system failure
